The clinical features are nonspecific and include fever, fatigue, and weight loss, vague bone pain, bruising or bleeding. We present a rare case of subleukemic leukemia presenting as pancytopenia in a 55 years female, who presented with mild constitutional symptoms of generalized weakness, easy fatiguability and loss of appetite for the past 3 months. Abstract
