Abstract
This paper presents a new filtering method for the electromagnetic acoustic signal detection. An ultra-wideband band-pass filter circuit is designed based on the filtering approach of the band-pass filter circuit, which is composed of several second-order infinite gain multiple feedback band-pass filters in parallel. The bandwidth of the new filter can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing the number of filters and the fluctuations in the pass-band can also be modified by changing the center frequency of adjacent filters in parallel. Results of simulation and experiments show that the circuit proposed in this paper does have a wide pass-band and signals within the pass-band can be filtered effectively.
