Abstract

Web Quality of Experience QoE is a measure of whether or not the customer's experience is satisfied with a service. QoE is interested in the whole service experience. QoE is a concept that resembles the user experience but in the telecommunications field. For a long time web QoE was mesured only in an objective way.
