Abstract

Recently there is an increase in interest for using super-regenerative receivers for pulse based communication systems. To receive a pulse using the super-regenerative architecture the pulse needs to be aligned with the zero crossing of the damping co-efficient (which depends on the quench signal) for achieving maximum sensitivity. In general, the pulse to be received is not aligned with the zero crossing of the damping co-efficient.
