This study therefore draws insights into the Meaning, Characteristics, Rationale, Assumptions, Types, Bases, Hindrances and Essentials of Decision-making. It also focuses on its Objectives and Importance as well as Manpower Planning Process. Abstract

Officers in public authorities regularly make administrative decisions as part of delivering services to the public.
