Sources of data in this study are divided into primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study using observation techniques and questionnaires. The population in this study was obtained from personnel at the Information and Communication Technology Security Service. While the number of samples used was 230 employees who worked for at least one year in January 2021 at the Information and Communication Technology Security Service, the sampling method used in this study was the accidental sampling technique. The data analysis method in this study used Validity Test, Reliability Test, and Hypothesis Testing (Regression Weight and Direct Effect).
