The quick addition in vehicular excursions without relating growing in street space is achieving generous blockage in various parts. This makes trouble for the emergency vehicles such as ambulance, fire emergency and VIP vehicles to travel through the congested traffic. By analyzing different proposed systems, another arrangement can be actualized by making the traffic lights somewhat wise. To this issue, a framework utilizing computational intelligence is proposed to assign clear path for the emergency vehicles with the utilization of RF transponder and microcontroller.
