Abstract

General trends to improve the quality of communication, the speed of information transfer and optimizing the use of frequency resources, put forward new requirements for radio systems building blocks. Since the intermodulation distortions of odd orders interferer into the working bands of communication and radar systems, TOI (IP3) measurement is becoming mandatory. Despite the apparent simplicity, in practice there are a number of issues related to the selection of measuring equipment and its adjustment, which effects on the of the TOI measurement uncertainty.
