This research was conducted in Padangsidimpuan subdistrict from June to October 2020. The population of this study consisted of 28 acceptor breeders of AI and one inseminator. Sources of data used were primary and secondary data and data collection techniques by observation and interviews and analyzed using descriptive analysis.
