Abstract
This paper presents a novel steering control method for 4-Wheel Independent Drive and Independent Steering (4-WIDIS) electric mobility scooter for disabled people and elderlies, in which steering of all four wheels are coordinated to minimise the turning radius of the scooter to zero.
