In the part of empirical study, the qualitative and quantitative research methods are combined to verify the relationship between corporate culture and corporate environmental performance through analyzing the data of 127 manufacturing enterprises' culture. The results show that: (1) Two dimensions of corporate culture, ethical-social culture and emotional-developmental culture, have a positive effect on corporate environmental performance, while economic-practical culture doesn't have a positive effect on corporate environmental performance. (2) Environmental management practices can moderate the relationship between corporate culture and corporate environmental performance. Specifically, ISO certification of environmental management system will enhance the relationship between them. 企业文化与企业环境绩效关系研究
企业是国民经济的重要组成部分,其经营活动与环境问题密切相关。然而,中国的大多数企业都受到环境政策法规的约束,无法履行自己的环境责任。这种被动服从的态度对环境绩效的提高并不能起到很好的作用。本研究以企业规模和企业性质为控制变量,构建了企业文化与企业环境绩效的关系模型。在实证研究部分,通过对127家制造业企业文化数据的分析,将定性和定量研究方法相结合,验证企业文化与企业环境绩效之间的关系。结果表明:(1)企业文化的伦理-社会文化和情感-发展文化两个维度对企业环境绩效有正向影响,而经济-实用文化对企业环境绩效没有正向影响。(2)环境管理实践可以调节企业文化与企业环境绩效之间的关系。具体而言,ISO环境管理体系认证将加强两者之间的关系。根据研究结果,本研究从企业文化建设和环境管理实践两方面对企业环境绩效的提升提出建议。
