Accreditation increasing quality internal laboratory directly because various aspects such as personnel, methods, material and environment is asses in accreditation. Besides, accreditation in dosimetry laboratory is also used to get reference dosimetry laboratory by Nuclear Energy Regulatory Agency of Indonesia (Bapeten). Methods that used to asses quality standard implementation by observation number of surveillance incompatibility trends from 2017 and 2019 also reaccreditation 2020 that compared with customers satisfaction through public satisfaction index (IKM) scores, the number of customer complaint and number of customers analysis from 2017 until 2020. The implementation of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 expected to increase laboratory quality and customer quantity each year. It can also increase laboratory credibility. In 2017, there are 1783 customers and it increased in 2020 up to 2201 customers.
