Abstract

The purpose of this article is to discuss the difficulties encountered by academic supervisors, when they encounter the opening nodes of field interns and field supervisors, who, among the threads of this quilt in which they weave social relations, aligned available schedules and to meet the demand of the institution, using lines and needles, such as professional strategies that strengthen the actors in this scenario. It is necessary, therefore, skills to sew with quality the professional practice inserting students in this activity, time, availability and continuous improvement, thus contributing in the process of training of future professionals. As methodology we have the literature review.
