Abstract

The dependences of the wear intensity and the dynamic coefficient on the load when using film-forming lubricants are obtained. On the basis of regression analysis, the law of distribution of the wear rate of the worm wheel teeth is obtained. the calculation of the worm gear life according to the limit wear criterion is given, taking into account the change in the dependence of the wear intensity and the rate of growth of the dynamic coefficient on the load.
