Dependence of deformation indices on initial yield strength andhardening intensity of wire material in the passage of drawing route 拉拔过程中变形指标与线材初始屈服强度和硬化强度的关系

The model of hardening is considered, which provides for dependence of the current yield strength σт on the productof the initial yield strength σт0 and drawing coeffi cient μ to the degree of hardening coeffi cient k (σт = σт0μk). Difference ofaxial stress increase from action of anti-tension in absence and action of hardening depending on hardening coeffi cient isdetermined. Dependencies of drawing stress, safety factor I.L. Perlin and stress state index V.L. Kolmogorov on hardeningcoeffi cient at different values of initial yield strength are built. Limit hardening factor k is defi ned, at which safety factoris equal to 1. Dependencies of deformation indices on initial yield strength of σт0 at different deformation parameters areconstructed.

Definition of ovalityand profile of pipes and cylindrical parts of large diameter on external surface 管道及大直径圆柱件外表面椭圆度及轮廓的定义

The work is devoted to the problem of determining the ovality and distortion of the profile of pipes and other parts of acylindrical shape with diameters from 1 to 2 meters when accessing only the external surface. Existing methods for determiningdiameters and ovality of parts was carried out was analyzed. To solve the problem, a valid prototype of a measuringdevice with hardware and software was developed. The mathematical algorithms were also using a software-implementedsimulator are proposed and tested. The results of tests on a natural bench with the possibility of open access to the section,which made it possible to ensure the verification of the obtained data by direct measurements, are presented. It wasrevealed that the existing methods for measuring ovality of large diameters from the outside do not allow to determinedistortions of the profile with high accuracy.

It is shown that to obtain a load characteristic corresponding to an ideal adaptive friction coupling of the second generation,the value of the spacer force must have the greatest increase in a certain initial range of friction coefficient values,and the value of the torque of the friction pairs of the main friction group must decrease linearly in the range of frictioncoefficient values.

The method of refining the power factors of a machine-building structure presented in the form of a shell is described.The stability of a thin-walled shell is analyzed using a system of equilibrium equations taking into account changes in itsshape. The concept of shell stability is considered for generalized forces. The estimation of the accuracy of the metalstructure calculation is justified by solving several problems using the finite element method. The calculation error forvarious finite elements is determined.

The results of theoretical and experimental studies of tribological characteristics of composite multilayer coatings forcutting tools for blade processing by milling are presented. Installed reducing the coefficient of friction, longer tool life andreduced thermal loading of the cutting zone in milling operations with the use of wear-resistant coatings.

The main provisions of the calculation method and the results of numerical modeling of the process of compression ofthe tubular shell of the tip onto a stranded wire by the pressure of a pulsed magnetic field are presented. The analysis ofthe features of the deformation process at different intensity of force loading is carried out. The rational modes of loadingand the necessary conditions for minimizing the specific discharge energy while ensuring a high assembly density aredetermined.

It is shown that the maximum torque of adaptive friction clutches of the second generation (baseline) when it isconfigured with the minimum coefficient of friction less than the setting based on an average coefficient of friction, if a ratioof the coefficient of friction to its minimum value more than the value of the safety factor.

A kinematic calculation of technological design transfer case changes gear of the truck MZKT-500200 was carriedout. The disadvantage of this design is the need to completely stop the car to lock the differential, which is eliminated byinstalling a friction clutch on the output shaft.
