The result also indicated that teachers were moderately satisfied with the technical support provided to them by the authorities responsible for this platform regarding some of the problems they face in using this platform. In addition, the results of the study revealed that there were statistically significant differences in the level of satisfaction with the platform based on the gender variable, and these differences were in favor of female teachers. Abstract
