Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the legal nature of the impact of moral and legal values on the legislative process. The semantic significance of subjective moral and legal values of legislators is emphasized, the expediency of moral examination of draft laws in order to create effective legal implementation mechanisms is substantiated.
