Abstract

The aim of the research is to optimize the service modes of administrative departments of transportation, and to facilitate the development of railway-water intermodal transportation in China. For this purpose, we built a 3D model for the railway-water intermodal transportation ports on the basis of summarizing existing research on the service of transportation administrative departments for these ports in China. 基于系统动力学的中国铁水联运港口管理部门服务优化
研究的目的是优化交通管理部门的服务方式,促进中国铁路-水运联运的发展。为此,我们在总结国内有关铁路-水联运港口运输管理部门服务研究的基础上,建立了铁路-水联运港口的三维模型。采用主客观综合权重法计算服务表的权重。在此基础上,建立了系统动力学模型。研究得出了交通运输部和省、地级交通管理部门提供服务的比例,为中国港口的发展提供参考。
