Concepts for Cargo Ground Handling of Unmanned Cargo Aircrafts and Their Influence on the Supply Chain 无人货机货物地面处理的概念及其对供应链的影响

The steadily growing share of air freight transport in the entire logistics industry is mainly due to the three major advantages of speed, safety and reliability. To meet the rising demands, automated transport and delivery processes are increasingly used. As part of the DLR (German Aerospace Center) research project Automated Low Altitude Delivery (ALAADy), a fully automated Unmanned Cargo Aircraft (UCA) with a payload of one ton under the precondition of the Minimum Risk Configuration is being developed. The theoretical and practical concepts of this topic were examined within the study under the premise that “No infrastructure exits at destination” in order to obtain the most automated process possible for future logistics. Our study shows that the interaction between an UCA and an automated robotic container-system solves both problems of the penultimate and the last mile within the logistics chain. Furthermore, the concepts of ground handling and the development of unmanned systems, including their present capabilities, were studied theoretically to design a model representing basic ground handling processes of Unmanned Aircraft Vehicles (UAVs). The intention was to create a base for further research on this matter by targeting the key requirements for ground handling processes of UCAs in the given concepts. We found out that our obtained findings, approaches for an automated turnaround of an UAV can therefore serve as a basis for future analyses in UCA ground handling and last miles logistics.

THUS: An Efficient Two-stage Hierarchical Algorithm for Categorical Data Clustering 分类数据聚类的一种有效的两阶段分层算法

The pursuit of both quality and efficiency in the clustering analysis is a long-existed paradox. In real-world applications, a controllable method of the quality-efficiency trade-off might be more practical. The hierarchical algorithms usually perform better on the clustering quality but are much more computationally expensive than partitioning algorithms. In this paper, we proposed an efficient two-stage hierarchical algorithm for categorical data clustering (THUS) to improve the efficiency while maintaining acceptable quality. In the first stage, several efficient methods are used to generate intermediate clusters to reduce the complexity of the hierarchical stage two. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm reduces the computational time considerably, and the clustering quality can be equivalent to the original hierarchical algorithm. By manipulating the pre-clustering level, a controllable trade-off between clustering quality and efficiency can be conducted based on application purpose.

A Data-driven Fault Prediction Method for LNG Engine City Buses LNG发动机城市客车数据驱动故障预测方法

Traditional methods of fault detection and diagnosis for vehicles are mainly based on expert knowledge, signal analytics and chemical experiments, which lead to subjectivity, uncertainty and hysteresis somewhat. Motivated by this problem, we propose a novel data-driven method using Rough Set theory and Random Forest algorithm for constructing the predictive model from CAN-BUS data, bus maintenance system, bus daily schedule system and relevant weather data, which is able to reduce fault detection deviation resulting from excessive reliance on expert knowledge. More specifically, we utilize the Rough Set theory for extracting key attributes relevant to LNG bus faults. Then, Random Forest algorithm is applied for model construction of the fault prediction. This method provides the opportunity to predict bus faults during the bus operating. Moreover, the effectiveness of model constructed has been validated using real-world data showing very promising results with precision, recall and F1- score all above 0.8. In addition, key attributes extracted are useful for monitoring the bus fault. This predictive model is able to pre-identify LNG engine city buses with potential fault risks, which is important information for improving bus maintenance processes to avoid extra costs.

Recovery and Pricing Decision of Supply Chain in Mixed Competition Game 混合竞争博弈下供应链的回收与定价决策

This paper compares the traditional and closed loop supply chain in Bertrand competition. Each supply chain consists of a retailer and a supplier. The two chains compete with each other in two mixed competition models. In these two mixed competitive games, the competition intensity between the two chains and the product recovery rate of the closed loop supply chain are studied, which affect the market price, the profit of the two chains and the equalization decision of the supply chain. The research results show that the total profit of the traditional chain decreases with the increase in product recovery rate, and the total profit of the closed loop chain increases with the increase in product recovery. The profit of both chains increases as the intensity of competition increases.

Optimizing Production Line Balance Based on Witness Simulation 基于Witness仿真的生产线平衡优化

Based on the current LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) module production line type S-S00A(SEL315V3-S00A), this paper studies the production line of liquid-crystal module with the method of industrial engineering and simulation method. Firstly, the process of the production line of the liquid crystal module is analyzed, and the cycle time of the production line is measured in 24 seconds, and the rate of the production line balance is 60.3%. With the witness software simulation platform used, it is found that the working hours are not high and the proportion of idle time is about 40%. The production process of liquid-crystal module production is analyzed by process analysis. Combining the 5W1H (What, Why, Where, When, Who, How) question technology and ECRS (Eliminate, Combine, Rearrange, Simplify) principle to optimize the production process, the processes cancel 3 times handling, cancel 5 times checks, merge several operations, and reduce the five workers. Finally, simulation model of optimized production line of liquid-crystal module is established, and the simulation results show that the workload for each station basic at 80%, improving the utilization rate of hours. The cycle time of the optimized liquid crystal module production line is 18 seconds. The production line balance rate is 85.56%, increasing by 25%.

The Correlation of Interest Rates between Online Peer-to-Peer Lending and Traditional Financial Markets 网络p2p借贷与传统金融市场的利率相关性研究

As a representative of inclusive finance, online Peer-to-Peer lending (P2P) is getting mature, which has become an important part of China's financial markets. However, the relationship between P2P and traditional financial markets is not clear, and there are still few researches on online Peer-to-Peer lending interest rate from a macro perspective. Based on the data from March 2015 to May 2017, this paper studies the correlation of interest rates between P2P and traditional financial markets by multiple regression analysis. Results show that P2P interest rate is mainly affected by its own previous levels; both traditional private lending interest rate and Shibor have positive influence on the P2P interest rate; bond yield has a minor negative impact on the P2P interest rate; and stock return has no effect on the P2P interest rate.

Integration of TOC and ERP in Production Planning 在生产计划中整合TOC和ERP

The manufacture of high-quality products at comparatively low-cost has gradually become the mainstream. Our study arranges the production planning by integrating the bottleneck-breaking concept of theory of constraints (TOC) and the enterprise resources planning (ERP). We use it to provide timely and relevant information on resource and production progress, which is a critical issue for the production planning. Through analyzing the manufacturing characteristics, we further integrate the drum-buffer-rope (DBR) method to synchronize production to the constraint to achieve the following objects: First, the company can easily identify the bottleneck and allocate its valuable resources to the bottleneck. Second, in process management, the company can set the pace of other operation activities according to the drum of the bottleneck with the assistance of continuous information feed. Third, the proposed method is capable to improve the production performance in terms of cycle time and capacity utilization. A practical case is presented to demonstrate how TOC and ERP can effectively integrated and implemented for production planning.

An Evolutionary Game Model of Online-food Safety Regulation 网络食品安全监管的演化博弈模型

Because of the particularity of the trade between the online-food seller and the third-party network platform, the responsibility in the supervision process is not clear, and the gains and losses of their respective interests are difficult to guarantee the online-food safety. In view of the online-food security, the game relationship between the supervision department, the third-party network platform and the online store is studied from the point of view of evolutionary game strategy, and the game equilibrium and the game strategy under different circumstances are analyzed. The results show that the third-party network platform should be fully played in the online-food security supervision process, and the food safety supervision of the third-party network platform and the regulatory agency should be well coordinated, so as to provide theoretical basis and methods for improving the efficiency of supervision.
由于网络食品卖家与第三方网络平台之间交易的特殊性,在监管过程中责任不明确,各自利益得失难以保证网络食品安全。针对网络食品安全问题,从演化博弈策略的角度研究了监管部门、第三方网络平台和网店之间的博弈关系,分析了不同情况下的博弈均衡和博弈策略。研究结果表明,在网络食品安全监管过程中,应充分发挥第三方网络平台的作用,做好第三方网络平台与监管机构的食品安全监管协调工作,为提高监管效率提供理论依据和方法。

Quantification of Abrupt Driving Maneuver Utilizing ETC 2.0 Probe Data: A Case Study in Japan 利用ETC 2.0探测数据量化汽车的突发性驾驶机动:以日本为例

As of the end of October 2017, the utilization of ETC 2.0 in Japan is about 15%, which is growing at a faster rate than its predecessor ETC1.0. ETC 2.0 probe data is designed to store new data fields, or features, such as position information history of the vehicle and abrupt driving maneuver history. Up to the present, the use of these data has not been well spreading, and the government of Japan supports the utilization of ETC 2.0 by the administrative and private enterprises. In this study, we aim to explore a new, effective use of ETC 2.0 probe data. The probe data is sizable, accumulating about 400 GB for one month. Analysis is conducted focusing on the number of abrupt driving maneuver in ten most popular tourist areas in the Greater Tokyo Area (“Kanto region”) from April 2015 to March 2016. Using the ETC 2.0 probe data, we propose a methodology to quantify abrupt driving maneuver of individual drivers and to evaluate their driving behaviors with a view towards business applications in mind.

Comparative Analysis of Line Plans of Intercity Railway Using Different Train Stopping Patterns 不同停靠方式城际铁路线路规划的比较分析

Line planning is an important part of service management of Railway. Using the minimum operating cost as objective function, an integer linear programming model for line planning problem of intercity railway is established in this paper. Different alternative line set are constructed according to different train stopping patterns of intercity railways to investigate the impact of different train stopping strategies on rail line capacity utilization and passenger service level. A case study is carried out with Guangzhou-Zhuhai intercity railway as a background. The results show, train stopping pattern plays an important role at the stage of line planning and it will affect a train line plan from interval, equilibrium and other aspects of service quality.
线路规划是铁路业务管理的重要组成部分。以最小运营成本为目标函数,建立了城际铁路线路规划问题的整数线性规划模型。针对城际铁路不同的停车模式,构建不同的备选线路集,探讨不同停车策略对铁路线路容量利用率和旅客服务水平的影响。本文以广珠城际铁路为背景进行了案例研究。结果表明,列车停靠模式在线路规划阶段起着重要的作用,它将从间隔、均衡等方面影响列车线路规划的服务质量。
