Value refers to a resource that satisfies an individual's needs in a subjective sense, and a hierarchy occurs according to an individual's tendency or desire. If these values persist for a long time, they will also have a hierarchy at the social level, too. Abstract

Purpose: This paper intends to identify the core values of the Republic of Korea Army (ROKA) and the foundation for character education. 韩国军作为军人品德教育途径的价值取向
目的:本文旨在确定大韩民国军队的核心价值观和品格教育的基础。韩国军队的目标是作为国防的核心力量赢得地面战争。方法:为了完成研究目的,研究者批判性地回顾了与韩国军队价值观和品格教育相关的文献,包括政策报告、军队论文和学术文章。结果:我军正在努力建立一种新的军事文化和价值体系,以应对内外环境的变化,并教育占军事人员大多数的所谓MZ一代士兵。价值是指在主观意义上满足个体需求的资源,根据个体的倾向或欲望产生层次。如果这些价值观长期存在,它们在社会层面上也会有等级制度。此外,即使在军事组织中,也形成了以追求价值观为方向的组织文化。结语:在这方面,本文提出了ROKA所追求的价值观,围绕这些价值观形成的组织文化,以及品格教育体系灌输核心价值观的方向。
