This study is applied research, and correctional study, was conducted in 1390. The Statistical Society included 100 people from employees of Shiraz electric distribution company. In this study, measurement tools, was standardized questionnaires. Islamic ethics questionnaire Yousef Darwish, 2000, Spector Job Satisfaction Questionnaire, 1997, blav intention to leave questionnaire 1978 and Alen and Mier organizational commitment questionnaire 2004. Lisrel and Spss software were used for analysis. The results confirm the causal model. Results of research showed that ethical climate has positive effect on organizational commitment and and job satisfaction and organizational commitment have negative effect on intention to leave.
