Islamic ethics questionnaire Yousef Darwish, 2000, Spector Job Satisfaction Questionnaire, 1997, blav intention to leave questionnaire 1978 and Alen and Mier organizational commitment questionnaire 2004. Lisrel and Spss software were used for analysis. The results confirm the causal model. Results of research showed that ethical climate has positive effect on organizational commitment and and job satisfaction and organizational commitment have negative effect on intention to leave. Abstract

Purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between ethical climate, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and intention to leave, among employees in Shiraz electric distribution company.
