Abstract

Despite the scientific community's interest in developing Three-Dimensional Learning Virtual Environments (3D LVEs) by using interactive technologies, few studies have measured the actual effect of these environments on learning. This paper presents a Theoretical Model for the Learning Evaluation that can be applied in many 3D LVEs contexts, as well as a proposal for its computer architecture, as a way to investigate the contribution that LVEs effectively provide to learners' knowledge acquisition and how this learning process can be evaluated.
