The system receives real-time signals from the main electric drives control system, the protection system and the excavator driver's command apparatus. The system includes a digital filter, a model of electric drives, a working equipment model and a module of statistical processing of the rock mass measurement results in the bucket of an excavator. Abstract

The aim of the work is to synthesize the functional structure for measuring rock masses in buckets of a shovel excavator and dragline.
