Based on the application of intelligent logistics technology, the real-time production progress monitored is taken as the basis to dynamically adjust the material delivery time window. A mathematical model is established to minimize the path cost, time window penalty cost and vehicle use cost, and a hybrid heuristic algorithm is designed to solve the problem. Finally, the effectiveness of the method is verified by an example of an automobile body production line. Abstract
