Abstract

For the accuracy and timeliness of material distribution on the shop floor in uncertain environments, this paper constructs a dynamic material distribution method based on intelligent logistics technology under real-time monitoring of workshop. Based on the application of intelligent logistics technology, the real-time production progress monitored is taken as the basis to dynamically adjust the material delivery time window. A mathematical model is established to minimize the path cost, time window penalty cost and vehicle use cost, and a hybrid heuristic algorithm is designed to solve the problem.
