Abstract

This article represents a research on the RV165-2 engine (produced by SVEAM: Southern Vietnam Engine And Agricultural Mechinery company Limited) by experiment on dynamometer engine and simulation, based on which method of calculating the number is used to optimize the design applied into the engine production. RV165-2发动机性能评价
本文对越南南方发动机和农业机械有限公司生产的RV165-2型发动机进行了试验和仿真研究,并在此基础上采用数值计算方法进行了优化设计,应用于发动机的生产。利用Ansys - Fluent软件对发动机进气冲程进行了建模和仿真。从模拟中收集的参数如:旋流比、转鼓比等。并对实验所得的最大输出、最大扭矩、比油耗、排气浓度、NOx、Soot、CO等指标进行了评价,提出了今后的改造方法。
