Abstract
Miller Fisher Syndrome is an uncommon clinical variant of Guillain-Barre syndrome and has rarer variants. The classic triad is opthalmoplegia, ataxia and areflexia. But rarer clinical features have been described. Here we describe a case in which all ocular muscles were not involved simultaneously and pupils were involved right from the beginning.
