In this study using descriptive quantitative survey method using techniques in data collection, namely by using a questionnaire/questionnaire. Sampling of 20 students who attend Madrasah in Poncokusumo sub-district. This research uses quota sampling technique. The results showed interest in participating in extracurricular pencak silat 14 (70%) students had a high interest, and 4 (20%) students had a very high interest. The details on the indicators are intrinsic, namely 9 (45%) students have a very high category of interest in pencak silat and 9 (45%) students have a high category.
