It measured the teamwork competencies performance of the respondents using the instant messaging using the Likert scale on the scale of 1 to 5. The performance is: scale 4 is chosen by 40.05% respondents, scale 3 is 29.35%, the scale 2 is 14.12%, the scale 5 is 12.27%, and the scale 1 is just chosen by 4.21% of respondents. Abstract

Teamwork is considered as an important competency in the era of information technology. Communications are predominantly doing virtually.
