Abstract
Event detection is a cutting-edge problem in video image processing which is not that straight forward to solve. Hence, we perform a thorough search for state of the art in solving the issues in this area. There are many applications of event detection in this age of cybercrime. We target to propose a best solution to outperform existing research and make a positive development in it.
