Distributed transaction processing aspects of the intelligent - network

Abstract

To design the Intelligent Network requires a methodical approach. Starting from the service requirements that are established based on marketing objectives, one must derive the corresponding technical requirements, and then determine the technologies that support these requirements. In this paper it is proposed that the solution technologies for the Intelligent Network encompass distributed information processing, and that transaction processing is also an appropriate model for reliable application execution within the Intelligent Network.
