Abstract

The main purpose of this paper is to study the applications of Raman Spectroscopy in the fields of medicine and astronomy. These applications show the involvement of Raman Spectroscopy, rendering qualitative and quantitative aspects of various fields like medicine, astronomy, geosciences, defense etc. These applications have proven to be lucrative in the said fields; such as, by determining the health of an unborn child in the medical field.
