The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) program. The results showed that partially the motivation variable had a positive but not significant effect and leadership behavior had a positive and significant effect. Simultaneously motivation and leadership behavior have a significant effect on the performance of employees in the Department of Industry and Trade of Makassar City.
