Method: the method of this research is colorimetric method by digital imaging. This method is a simple, low budget,  easy, and fast method. Result: the standard curve Zn-thiocyanate-Rhodamine B solution of RGB components, shows the result is green component curve has a good R2 value is 0,9992 with the linear regression equation y = 0,0423x + 0,1335. Accuracy expressed as % recovery, shows good results with an average value of 100,7%. Determination of the precision value also shows good result, the RSD value obatained is 1,96%. So that, the colorimetric method by digital imaging can be used to analysis of Rhodamine B in samples. Abstract

Background: lip cream is one type of lip color often used by women. Beside it, there are still some manufacturers add Rhodamine B to lip color, especially lip cream. This is very dangerous for the health of consumers. Therefore, it is necessary to analysis of Rhodamine B in samples red lip cream. 数字成像比色法分析唇霜中罗丹明b含量
背景:唇霜是女性经常使用的一种唇色。除此之外,还有一些厂家将罗丹明B添加到唇色中,尤其是唇霜。这对消费者的健康是非常危险的。因此,有必要对红唇霜样品中的罗丹明B进行分析。目的:采用数字成像比色法分析唇霜中罗丹明B的含量。方法:本研究采用数字成像比色法。这是一种简单、低预算、容易、快速的方法。结果:建立了锌-硫氰酸盐-罗丹明B溶液中RGB组分的标准曲线,结果显示绿色组分曲线具有良好的R2值为0,9992,线性回归方程为y = 0,0423x + 0,1335。准确度以回收率%表示,显示出良好的效果,平均值为1007%。精密度值的测定也取得了较好的效果,得到的RSD值为1.96%。因此,数字成像比色法可用于样品中罗丹明B的分析。结论:A、B样品罗丹明B阳性,浓度分别为0.6730 ppm和0.0488 ppm。
