The detecting scheme has strong stability, high automaticity. But the detecting scheme is difficult to detect light fog, and easy to misjudge some types of clouds as fog. Abstract
Weather experts increasingly concerned about the fog as a weather phenomenon. At present there are still difficulties in detecting fog because the detection threshold between fog and the clear sky surface is uncertainty, spectral features and texture features between cloud and fog is similar.
