A New Classifier for Multi-Class Problems Based on Negative Selection Algorithm 一种基于负选择算法的多类问题分类器

A novel classification approach based on the principle of self and non-self discrimination by T cells in biological immune system is proposed in the paper. In order to classify the multi-class problems, the concepts of self and non-self in negative selection algorithm were redefined. The classifier consisted of different kinds of detector sets obtained from the algorithm. Each detector set is applicable for classification in a way that one class is distinguished from the others. The classifier is tested in the experiments on UCI dataset. The results show that our algorithm is useful for classification problems and comparable with other traditional classification methods.

The Design and Implementation of a C8051F-Based Embedded Platform for Experiment Teaching 基于c8051f的嵌入式实验教学平台的设计与实现

A simplified embedded experiment platform is designed and implemented to facilitate learners. The platform is powered by a C8051F microprocessor, which is also equipped with a USB interface, a RS-232 interface, two 10-base T Ethernet interfaces, a 4*6 keyboard as well as a 6-bit LED display. Debugging can be achieved through the JTAG interface. Both the RS-232 interface and the Ethernet interfaces can be used to transmit data. Keyboard operation can be received through the keyboard interface. The tests show that the platform is running in good condition and it has been put into use.

Study on Test for Structure of S-boxes in Rijndael Rijndael s -box结构试验研究

This paper constructs 30 different S-boxes of Rijndael algorithm by MATLAB using 30 irreducible polynomials the maximum power of which is eight in GF(28). Then, through taking four kinds of cryptographic properties tests and fifteen kinds of cryptograph randomness tests on 30 different S-boxes, we find that the S-box which is constructed by No.22 irreducible polynomial is better than the original S-box of Rijndael algorithm.

Notice of RetractionConstructing a Network Information Library (NIL) to Reduce Personal Educational Investment Risks in China 关于在中国建设网络信息图书馆降低个人教育投资风险的通知

With the enlarged undergraduates' enrollment, their employment is becoming a serious issue. It causes some high school graduates to give up the chance go to colleges and universities to lower their personal educational investment risks (PEIR). PEIR was analyzed from three aspects: the risk to choose wrong majors, the risk of not getting a job after graduation, and the risk to study at higher educational institutions with poor quality. A Model of Network Information Library (NIL) was proposed. The importance of NIL was discussed and the method to build NIL was provided.

Automatically Detecting Personal Topics by Clustering Emails 通过聚类邮件自动检测个人主题

Emails play an important role in our daily life. It has been recognized that clustering emails into meaningful groups can greatly save cognitive load to process emails. Mailbox user becomes more and more concerned about how to organize and manage the emails as well as how to mine the meaningful data conveniently and effectively. This paper proposes a novel personal topics detection approach using clustering algorithm. First preprocess the emails and construct the improved email VSM(vector space model) to label the email combining the body and subject in a new method, then adopt the advanced k-means algorithm to cluster the emails and design a kernel-selected algorithm based on the lowest similarity, afterwards we get the appropriate keywords to label the topic of each cluster. Finally, experiments on 20Newsgruops email dataset show the validity of our approach and the experimental results also well match the labeled human clustering result.

It has become an inevitable trend that manage heritage by digital technology in the cultural and museum area. This paper comprehensively describes the characters of data and user, proposal design, architecture building, heritage information collection, and the realization of data mirror function in the developed heritage digital system, especially the use of distributed database technology, and the test results generated by NetBeasns and Oracle10g Database.

Notice of RetractionImplementing Open-ended Project-Based Instruction in Experiment of University Physics 关于在大学物理实验中实施开放式项目教学的通知

Despite the increasing social demands for senior application-oriented talents, the corresponding training and education seems to be lagging far behind. Drawing on the experience of German project instruction, and our experiences in the mode of open-ended project-based instruction, we propose to implement the open-ended project-based instruction mode into experiment of university physics. Its content, characteristics, significance, as well as practical achievements are clearly demonstrated. We focus our research and analysis on the resources of experiment projects, organization, environment, and effectiveness of the open-ended project-based instruction. It is revealed that the unique characteristics of the open-ended project-based instruction is its open nature, which enables the students to freely and actively select the supervisors, partners, learning environment, as well as high-quality projects. It turns out that this instruction mode has achieved fruitful teaching accomplishments and a favorable social effect.

Study on the Regional Economic Data Analysis and Mining Platform Base on OLAM 基于OLAM的区域经济数据分析与挖掘平台研究

Regional economic data are mainly from statistical data. The traditional statistical data are documents of WORD or Excel. The data structure with non-hierarchical brings a lot of inconvenience to the analysis and research. In this paper, the regional economic data analysis and mining platform based on On-Line Analytical Mining (OLAM) has been studied, which provides a more convenient and efficient analytical model.

Notice of RetractionStudying Teaching Quality Monitoring Index System of College Teachers Based on AHP 基于层次分析法的高校教师教学质量监测指标体系研究

The quality of higher education is mainly depends on the teaching level of the university. It has not only become an important component of evaluation of teachers, but also a significant factor for the college to achieve the scientific management. The improvement of the teaching quality will ensure the high-level talents. In this paper, we applied an AHP method, and a three-level evaluation system has been constructed according to various impact factors of judge the quality of teaching. We then work out the weight of impact factor by comparison the matrix structure. And then use the weight to measure the quality of teaching and explore how to establish the effective colleges' quality system.
