Abstract

Here is developed a numerical approach in order to study the seismic behavior of different high voltage classes OIP transformer bushings for 123kV, 245kV and 420kV. The developed method is used to incorporate three different types of seismic modeling: random vibration, response spectrum and harmonic response analyzes, based on modal analysis results. The combination of finite element analyzes is done by Ansys-Workbench software. Results were obtained and analyzed for mechanical deformation, local accelerations and influence of modal shapes frequencies on vibration spectra during seismic events.
