Natural language processing is used to create the components required for developing a university chatbot design. The chatbot application implements a search for answers through questions entered from the user. The chatbot is expected to help prospective students register for admission procedures, study programs, and scholarship information. The chatbot will analyse and match categories based on the knowledge that the chatbot has.
