Abstract

Cloud computing provides inexpensive access and use of high-end computing resources to the customers over internet. The optimal cloud resources allocation is crucial for customer satisfaction as well as for revenue maximization of cloud service provider. The proposed system contains two concepts that is cooperation and competition among providers for efficient resource allocation.
