Portfolio of Soft Skills Monitoring

Abstract

At present, soft skills have become a relevant factor for organizations, privileging them even over technical skills, which, incidentally, is considered to be more easily developed. But finding qualified professionals, with at least one year of graduation, with the soft skills that the organization needs, does not seem like a simple task. The objective of this paper is to present the monitoring of soft skills in the training of a Computer Engineer at the University of Atacama. The first results obtained show which have been the least developed competences and which have had better development, it is also considered that has had good acceptance by students and users in general.
