When the fire occurs, the flammable materials rapidly and excessively heat and smoke. Lack of fire management plan can result in property damage and casualties. Thus, it is essential to evaluate risk from fire in order to plan for fire evacuation properly. In this study, we aim to simulate fire in HA factory comprised of industrial area, storage space, and offices., The Fire Dynamics Simulator (FDS) software called PyroSim is used to analyze the simulated fire; in which the spread of smoke, the temperature profile, the potential visibility, and CO2 are analyzed. The initial results show that the fire-smoke will spread very rapidly and can completely block the visibility of the escape routes from the fire room after about 4 minutes from when the fire occurs.
