From the theoretical exposure then it can be formulated hypothesized that there is a leadership style influence against burnout, and there is a motivation influence against burnout in employees. The population in this study is all employees at PT. Indaco Warna Dunia (Regional Sales Purwokerto). Sampling techniques used are purposive sampling. Research data uses primary data in the form of questionnaires using 50 respondents. The results of this study showed that the leadership style influenced the desire of burnout. The better the leadership style of a company then the lower the employee will be against the burnout. Abstract
The purpose of this research is to find out whether leadership and motivation styles affect the burnout of employees. From the theoretical exposure then it can be formulated hypothesized that there is a leadership style influence against burnout, and there is a motivation influence against burnout in employees. The population in this study is all employees at PT. Indaco Warna Dunia (Regional Sales Purwokerto). Sampling techniques used are purposive sampling. 本研究的目的是找出领导和激励风格是否影响员工的职业倦怠。从理论暴露,然后它可以制定假设,有一个领导风格对倦怠的影响,有一个动机对员工倦怠的影响。本研究的人群是PT. Indaco Warna Dunia(区域销售人员)的所有员工。使用的抽样技术是有目的的抽样。研究数据使用了50名受访者的问卷调查形式的原始数据。本研究结果显示,领导风格会影响员工的倦怠意愿。公司的领导风格越好,员工的职业倦怠程度就越低。动机对倦怠也有负面影响。
