Research on the Influence of Applied University Culture on General Education Based on Linear Regression Model

Abstract

To carry out general education in application-oriented universities is the core content of cultivating high-quality application-oriented talents in an all-round way and an important guarantee for improving the quality of higher education. Culture is an important part of general education. To strengthen general education through culture is the fundamental task for application-oriented universities to carry out "cultivating people by virtue" and an important support for cultivating high-quality talents. In order to fully understand the development of general education in application-oriented universities, to find out the relationship between culture and general education, and to better carry out general education, this paper adopts the method of questionnaire survey among 1783 college students. Statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were used to analyze the questionnaire data. Through analysis, on the basis of understanding the current situation of general education in application-oriented universities, it is of great significance to find out the influence of various cultures on general education, and then to carry out general education for application-oriented universities effectively.
