Scholarship status was found to be a more important predictor of OJT performance than academic performance in programming courses. Abstract

This exploratory study attempted to examine the relationship between the level of performance of Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (BSCS) students in their on-the-job (OJT) course and their academic performance in selected programming courses.
