The results obtained showed that the design using anthropometric data of workers resulted in an improvement of 4 points of work posture from conditions that needed to be improved to be safe. The total productivity of technological engineering changes carried out shows an increase in index of around 0,41. There is an increase in selling value between fine grain coco peat with 3 times coco peat block. Abstract

Coco peat is a scrap from the process of sweeping coco fiber and coco bristle fibers in the form of fine granules.
