It provides information on the reasons for thegrowing number of child homelessness in Uzbekistan and the social risks they pose.The system of internal affairs is analyzed on the basis of archival data on the work done in the field of child care during this period, as well as the mistakes and shortcomings made by them. It provides information on the decisions and regulations adopted by the CEC of the USSR (Central Executive Committee) and the CPC (Council of People's Commissars) to eliminate child homelessness, as well as the state of their impact.
