Abstract

A new corrosion inhibitor, namely glass of composition 50%K2O-25%CaO-25%P2O5 has been synthesized and its inhibiting action on the corrosion of mild steel in molar hydrochloric acid (1 M HCl) has been investigated using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy method (EIS).
