The analysis technique used was descriptive technique by using frequency distribution.Findings – Based on the research findings through descriptive analysis, it was found that the emotional intelligence was in the good category by score 9444 and percentage 81.86%, job satisfaction was in high category by score 12198 and percentage 80.56%, and organizational citizenship behavior was in the good category by score 11853 and percentage 82.19%.Originality/value – This research is the basic to understand the emotional intelligence, job satisfaction, and organizational citizenship behavior concept. 目的-本研究的目的是找出情绪智力、工作满意度和组织公民行为的影响。设计/方法/方法-研究设计采用横截面法。本研究采用解释性调查法,采用描述性研究方法。通过概率抽样,共选出103人。发放问卷是作为向受访者收集资料的工具。分析方法采用频率分布描述法。结果-通过描述性分析的研究结果,情绪智力得分为9444分,占81.86%;工作满意度得分为12198分,占80.56%;组织公民行为得分为11853分,占82.19%。原创性/价值——本研究是理解情商、工作满意度和组织公民行为概念的基础。本研究与以往研究的不同之处在于其研究对象方面,以万隆市西爪哇地区公务员机构为研究对象,观察变量;情商、工作满意度、组织公民行为,运用不同的理论和参考文献。
