Penelitian ini membahas mengenai CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) yang merupakan bentuk tanggung jawab sosial yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan kepada masyarakat di sekitar lingkungan perusahaan. Perusahaan mengimplementasikan kegiatan CSR ini dapat digunakan sebagai sarana untuk meningkatkan keuntungan dan meningkatkan reputasi perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang dapat mempengaruhi penerapan CSR di perusahaan. Objek Penelitian yang diteliti yaitu Faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi penerapan CSR. Jenis penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan literature review dengan cara mengkaji kembali beberapa jurnal yang telah dipublikasikan oleh para peneliti dan akademisi sebelumnya. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif yaitu analisis sumber data berdasarkan teori dan konsep untuk dijabarkan menjadi tulisan tulisan yang mengarah ke pembahasan artikel ini. Metode pengumpulan data adalah dengan studi dokumen yang bersumber dari situs penyedia jurnal online. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor CSR yang diimplementasikan di perusahaan misalnya usia perusahaan, jenis industri, ukuran perusahaan, permintaan karyawan, kebijakan pemerintah, budaya organisasi, dan permintaan pelanggan. Faktor tersebut berpengaruh sesuai dengan situasi dan kondisi di lingkungannya. Keterbatasan artikel penelitian ini adalah penulis hanya menggunakan beberapa jurnal yang diteliti sehingga kurang relevan serta terdapat perbedaan dari faktor-faktor CSR yang diterapkan oleh setiap perusahaan. Impilkasi penelitian ini adalah untuk menunjukkan karakteristik perusahaan yang memainkan peran penting dalam praktik penerapan CSR perusahaan.

The development of technology has triggered developments in all industrial sectors, including circulation of money. There are three types of money currently circulating, namely currency, demand deposits and e-money. OVO is one of the server-based e-money publishers that can be accessed via a smartphone or commonly known as a mobile wallet. The low number of mobile wallet (m-wallet) users in Indonesia is interpreted from the number of people who use cash compared to m-wallets. Several factors influence the low use of m-wallet in Indonesia. Millennials are considered the generation closest to technology, the presence of new technology is a necessity that is owned by millennials. With this millennial generation, it is expected to be able to improve the performance or effectiveness of the presence of this m-wallet. The type of research used is descriptive verification, namely by describing and exposing the variables studied and then drawing conclusions. The research object is the variable found in the UTAUT3 model. The population in this study were OVO users in Indonesia. Sampling in this study uses non-probability sampling (random sampling) using a purposive sampling technique for 114 OVO users in the millennial generation in Indonesia. Instrument test is done by validity test and reliability test and the analysis technique used is analysis of Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS).

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kinerja karyawan. Hal tersebut diindikasikan dengan menurunnya kinerja karyawan, dan menurunnya jumlah penjualan. Fenomena tersebut harus segera ditangani karena karyawan memiliki peranan penting dalam mencapai sebuah tujuan perusahaan. Lingkungan kerja dan kemampuan kerja dijadikan sebagai cara untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran Lingkungan kerja, Kemampuan kerja, Kinerja karyawan, Besarnya pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, Besarnya pengaruh Kemampuan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, Besarnya pengaruh Lingkungan kerja dan kemampuan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Ronadamar Sejahtera di Bandung. Variabel bebas (X) dalam penelitian ini adalah lingkungan kerja dan kemampuan kerja, serta veriabel terikat (Y) yaitu kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode explanatory survey dengan teknik sampel jenuh dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 37 orang. Teknis analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda, dengan bantuan program SPSS 21.0 for windows.Hasil temuan dalam penelitian ini antara lain sebagai berikut: lingkungan kerja pada PT. Ronadamar Sejahtera dalam kategori baik, kemampuan kerja pada PT. Ronadamar Sejahtera juga dalam kategori baik, kinerja karyawan PT. Ronadamar Sejahtera dalam kategori tinggi, kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi secara positif oleh lingkungan kerja dengan korelasinya sebesar 7,8%, kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi secara positif oleh kemampuan kerja dengan korelasinya sebesar 66,5%, kinerja dipengaruhi secara positif oleh lingkungan kerja dan kemampuan kerja dengan koefesien determinasinya sebesar 49,8%. Abstract : This study examines the effect of intellectual capital and corporate social responsibility (CSR) on firm value. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of intellectual capital and corporate social responsibility (CSR) on the value of the company in mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The population in this study were mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2012-2016, while the sampling method used was purposive sampling and 25 research samples were obtained. The data used are secondary data collected by documentation techniques. The method of analyzing data in this study uses statistical testing of panel data with the common effect model method. Based on the calculation of panel data regression analysis with the help of software Eviews 9 it results that intellectual capital and corporate social responsibility (CSR) does not affect the value of the company.

The present study seeks to investigate the effect of entrepreneurial motivation and family environment onentrepreneurial attitude of the students of UPI Bandung class of 2015. This study utilizes a verificative approach with survey explanatory method. The study involves 160 female bachelor degree students from class 2015 of UPI Bandung. The analysis technique used in this study is verificative techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. The findings in this study indicate that entrepreneurial motivation strongly influences entrepreneurial attitudes, the family environment is strong enough to influence entrepreneurial attitudes, and the stronger the entepreneurial motivation and a good family environment, the higher the entrepreneurial attitude

Abstract: The purpose of the research is to find out the influence of social work environment on productivity, the influence of job satisfaction on productivity, and the influence of social work environment and job satisfaction on productivity. The object used as analysis unit on this research is employees of electricity entreprise. The type of study is using verificative with the method is using an explanatory survey of 87 respondents. It was found that the influence of the social work environment to productivity are included in the category are very strong. Job satisfaction is very strong against the influential employee productivity. Social work environment and job satisfaction influence on productivity is very strong. The results also show that social work environment conducive conditions will increase employee productivity. The level of job satisfaction is high, then an electric company employee productivity will increase. In addition, if environmental conditions are conducive to social work and job satisfaction is high, then the employee productivity will increase.

The purpose of the research to find out the influence of work environment toward motivation and motivation effect to organizational commitment. The object which became analysis unit in this research are employees of textile industry X. This research is using verificative with explanatory survey as a method. Data collection technique used questionnaire with 180 respondents as sample. The result of this research found that the influence of work environment toward the motivation is 69,1% which was in the strong category. However, motivation affects to employee organizational commitment is 45,3% which was in the strong category. This research found out that if work environment is conducive, it will increase employee motivation. High motivation will build high organizational commitment. The employees who have high organizational commitment will do the job optimally and more responsible, so that the company could achieve the objectives.

Abstract: The main goals of this study is to derive the positive effect of entrepreneurial learning on entrepreneurial intentions, the effect of entrepreneurial motivation on entrepreneurial intentions, and the combined influence of entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial motivation on entrepreneurial intentions. This study has been performed using a group of students from the Bandung City Vocational egvtechnique used was a questionnaire with a sample size of 107 respondents. The results of this study found that the influence of entrepreneurial learning on entrepreneurial intentions belonged to the strong category, motivational motivation influenced the intention of entrepreneurship included in the strong category, and entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial motivation influenced the intention of entrepreneurship, including in the strong category. (In this study it is found, if the picture of entrepreneurial learning was effective, it would increase the intention of student entrepreneurship.) The high motivation of student entrepreneurship will create a high intention of entrepreneurship. In addition, if entrepreneurial learning is effective and coupled with a high motivation for entrepreneurship, the intention of student entrepreneurship will increase.

Abstract: The purpose of the research is to find out the influence of brand personality on brand loyalty. The object becomes the unit of analysis in this research is camera Nikon community Indonesia. The type of research is using descriptive with the explanatory method survey of 106 respondents. The results of this research indicate that the brand personality in the good category and brand loyalty in the good category. In this research findings if the conditions of the brand personality is good, then it will increase brand loyalty.

The aim of the research is to find out the influence of learning motivations on study achievement and the influence of learning discipline on study achievement. The object used as analysis unit on this research is vocational students in Bandung regency. Verification process applied in this study by using explanatory research for 123 respondents. The results showed correlation between learning motivation and academic achievement, majority of the high school students were motivatedly enough by academic achievement. Again, there was a significant correlation between learning discipline and academic achievement. The study also found that, Learning discipline has impactful effect on academic achievement. The study showed that, academic achievement increased by arise learning motivation, and while the students are discipline, it will scale-up academic achievement.
