Abstract

The paper describes the technique of the optimizing of the process of the rehabilitation of the human spinal on the basis of the individual information model. The proposed model allows to reflect the functional features of the patient's nervous system. The information model interacts with the angular biomechanical model of the musculoskeletal system and takes into account human neuro-mechanics. The individual information model of the patient in conjunction with the recorded abnormalities of the parameters of the movements from the norm are used to assess the disease of the nervous system and the localization of the pathology site. Based on the received evaluations, the rehabilitation process, including rehabilitation exercises, adapts to the patient's characteristics in an automated mode. The effectiveness of rehabilitation is enhanced by activation of the feedbacks of the nervous system during the exercise of the formed rehabilitation technique.
