Wind power forecast, energy storage regulation, dispatch instruction and the situation of wind turbines among the wind clusters are all blended. And then, to amend the dispatch instruction according to the wind power forecast of different time scale, and optimize the regulation of energy storage and wind turbines by the high precision single point forecast. Abstract
